使用指南
Job forms want one-inch, passports two-inch, visas each have their own spec — resizing by hand every time is tedious. This tool merges background change and spec-crop into one step: upload a portrait, pick a size and a background color, get a standard ID photo, all locally.
1. A standard ID photo in three steps
- Upload a front-facing portrait (simpler background = cleaner cutout).
- Pick a target size: Chinese standards (1-inch, 2-inch, passport, ID card, license) or 8+ visa specs (US, Japan, Schengen, UK, Canada, Australia, Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, India, Brazil).
- Pick a background color (white/blue/red are common), click Resize, download the PNG.
2. Center-crop, never stretch
The tool crops to the target aspect ratio from the center — no stretching, so the subject stays centered and undistorted. If the person hugs an edge of the original, part may get cropped; reframe the original instead of forcing it.
3. When to cut out the background first
- Non-solid backdrop: change the background first (built in — pick a color and it is handled); solid backdrops are required by most documents.
- Cropped from a casual photo: head proportions are often wrong — use the cutout tool to isolate the person, then crop.
- Batch needs: process one at a time for crop quality; run them sequentially.
